He insists on using a fork and spoon. He climbs up and down the stairs on two feet, facing forward- he now refuses to crawl or scoot as a means of descending. He wants to play on the computer and the iPad, which is just as frustrating for him as it is for the rest of us because he doesn’t know what he’s doing… yet. He loves to wear his shoes; mention of the words “shoes” or “outside” results in frantic insistence that shoes must be worn NOW. He already understands more of the rules in Jacks games than I do. He also goes upstairs on his own when it’s nap time.

If he could, I bet he would prefer to shower himself, read to himself and them put himself to bed. Seriously, kid, slow down!
